What does the membership fee cover?

Membership supports enhanced access and a more personalized care experience. Medical services may still be billed to insurance when applicable; details vary by plan.

The annual membership fee is structured as follows:

  • Ages 18–29: $1,500 per year
  • Ages 30–39: $2,500 per year
  • Ages 40–64: $3,300 per year
  • 65 and older: $3,800 per year
