• Coordination with specialists and other members of your healthcare team

Medical services may still be billed to insurance when applicable. Your membership fee is separate from your health insurance.

The annual membership fee is based on age:

• Ages 18–29: $1,500 per year
• Ages 30–39: $2,500 per year
• Ages 40–64: $3,300 per year
• Ages 65 and older: $3,800 per year

Yes. Your health insurance continues to be used for covered medical services, including office visits, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, and hospital services. Your annual concierge membership fee is separate from your health insurance.

If Dr. Vincent is considered out of network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to join Cohasset Concierge Medicine. In some cases, an additional membership fee may apply. Our team can review your insurance plan and explain your options before you enroll.

The first step is to request a complimentary Meet & Greet with Dr. Vincent. This gives you an opportunity to learn more about the practice, ask questions, and determine whether Cohasset Concierge Medicine is the right fit for your healthcare needs.

We prioritize patient access and offer same-day or next-day visits for acute needs when possible. Members can call the office or use the patient portal to request an appointment. We do not accept walk-ins.

For urgent, non-emergency concerns, members should call the office for guidance. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

When specialty care is needed, our team helps coordinate referrals and communication with specialists to support continuity of care. Dr. Vincent has hospital privileges with South Shore Hospital and Mass General Brigham, and our team has established relationships with specialists throughout the area to help coordinate care and referrals when needed.

We provide on-site blood draws and urine specimen collection. We do not provide imaging on-site, but our team can coordinate imaging with a convenient local facility when needed.

Yes. Established patients have access to a secure patient portal for communication, forms, and other practice updates.

We follow HIPAA requirements and appropriate safeguards to protect your personal health information.

Membership is for a one-year term. Once you decide to enroll, you will sign a membership agreement, and the annual membership fee is due according to the terms of that agreement.
