Dr. Carole Vincent
Dr. Vincent, founder of Cohasset Concierge Medicine, is a double board-certified Internal and Obesity Medicine physician with 15+ years of experience. She prioritizes prevention and patient education to help individuals make informed, long-term health decisions.
Education and Training
Dr. Vincent began her pursuit of medical education as an undergraduate in San Juan, Puerto, Rico, graduating (Summa Cum Laude) in 3 years with a B.S. from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon. Following her graduation, she returned to her birth country of Mexico, where she enrolled in a 6 year program at Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana in Mexico City, achieving her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2006. Upon graduation, Carole went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Cambridge Health Alliance in 2011. Dr. Vincent continued to pursue further training, becoming board certified in Obesity Medicine in 2023, while working full time as a primary care physician.
Career History
Upon the completion of her residency, Dr. Vincent practiced as a primary care physician at Cambridge Health Alliance and Atrius Health, where she held the position of Chief of Internal Medicine in their Quincy, MA location. Immediately prior to founding Cohasset Concierge Medicine, Dr. Vincent spent the past six years at Mass General Brigham in Hingham, MA. She is currently a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is also an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association, and an Associate Editor for the Obesity Pillars Journal.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Vincent specializes in preventative care and the management of chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular disease, COPD, and women’s health. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.
Teaching and Education
Dedicated to medical education, Dr. Vincent has shared her expertise as an Instructor and Lecturer in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in Medicine for Tufts Medical School.
Outside the Office
In her free time, Dr. Vincent enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. Her interests include running, tennis, skiing, and music.
Lynn Neville
Medical Assistant and Assistant Practice Manager
Lynn Neville is committed to creating a warm and attentive experience for every patient at Cohasset Concierge Medicine. She supports both clinical care and daily practice operations to ensure patients receive consistent, personalized attention.
Clinical Training and Certifications Lynn began her healthcare career as a certified phlebotomist before expanding her expertise as a Medical Assistant. Her professional qualifications include certifications in Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, and Basic Life Support.
Patient Support and Practice Operations
With a background in small business operations and experience managing complex responsibilities, Lynn brings strong organization, reliability, and thoughtful follow-through to the practice. She plays an important role in supporting Dr. Vincent in delivering highly personalized care.
Outside the Office
Lynn lives on the South Shore with her husband and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.
